basic precautions, including the following:
Read all instructions before using the cycle. These instructions
are written to protect the unit and ensure the safety of those
using the cycle.
Before beginning any fitness program, make sure all users see
a physician for a complete physical examination.
Il est conseillé de subir un examen médical complet avant
d’entreprendre tout programme d’exercise. Si vous avez des
étourdissements ou des faiblesses, arrêtez les exercices
immédiatement.
To reduce the risk of electrical shock always
unplug the optional power adapter before
cleaning the unit.
To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock,
or injury, take the following precautions:
Do not allow children or those unfamiliar with its operation on or
near the cycle. Do not leave children unsupervised around the
unit.
Never leave the cycle unattended with the optional power
adapter plugged in. Remove the optional power adapter before
cleaning the cycle, and before putting on or taking off parts.
Assemble and operate the cycle on a solid, level surface.
Locate the cycle a few feet from walls or furniture.
Maintain the cycle in good working condition. Refer to the
Maintenance section. Make sure that all fasteners are secure.
If you plan to move the unit, obtain help and use a hand truck.
Do not grasp any plastic parts while lifting or moving the unit.
The unit is too heavy and the plastic parts will break.
Use the cycle only for its intended purpose as described in this
manual. Do not use accessory attachments that are not
recommended by the manufacturer, as such attachments may
cause injuries.
Never operate the unit if it is damaged, not working properly,
when it has been dropped, or has been dropped in water. Refer
to Obtaining Service.
Keep the optional power adapter and power cord away from
heated surfaces.
Do not operate the cycle where aerosol (spray) products are
being used or where oxygen is being administered.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not attempt to service the cycle yourself except to follow the
maintenance instructions found in this manual.
Never drop or insert objects into any opening. Keep hands
away from moving parts.
